Finished Phase Three of my overseas screening today. It consisted of waiting several hours to have a HMCS (Senior Chief Hospital Corpsman) to ask me if I was healthy and sign a form. It took all of 5 minutes. In fact, the whole overseas screening process took about 45 minutes to complete. It was the NINE HOURS of waiting in waiting rooms that made the process so painful.
