Tried to get a tourist passport today. Thought it would be safer to carry a tourist passport instead of the government one. It is always best to keep a low profile when traveling overseas. Well, I was informed by the "civil servant" at the passport office that my hospital birth record issued by a military hospital is not sufficient evidence of my birth. I am standing their thinking that I am and officer in the military, I have multiple forms of ID and I am standing right in front of you yet I don't have sufficient evidence of existance to rate a passport. I need and official raised seal embossed certificate from the county of my birth. I dont even know what county I was born in! I guess I had better get one. I filled out the form to get the form to get the certificate.

I still can't believe that I have to find some bureaucrat to give me form to prove to another bureacrat that I was actually born. I guess they think I was hatched. My bride would support that theory.
