Urgent Update-Christmas Day Working Hours Have Just Been Announced!

The following email has just been received from the HGIC (Head Grinch In Charge):

ALLCON,

tomorrow's work schedule will go as such - 1 person in each office until 1300, then everyone works from 1300 on. The person that stands the duty in the morning can be released in the afternoon.

Merry Christmas,

Ain't that damn magnanimous of them. Don't get me wrong, I ain't complaining about working. We all would have been in even if we got the day off. There just isn't anything else to do. What I was hoping is that my staff and I could work in shorts and tee shirts instead of DCUs. It just seems like you have more stress when you are in uniform.

Which segues nicely into another topic. It would appear that fall and winter last about a combined total of two weeks. Since about the first week in December, the weather has been great. Temps have only been in the mid to high nineties and we have had a nice breeze to circulate the flies. Well as of today winter has ended. It got hot again real quick!

Merry Christmas y'all
