Hardtack and Havoc

A private of the 1st Texas Volunteer Infantry Civil War Reenactor with a day job in Uncle Sugar's Navy trapped in the unholy land of New England...I wish I was still in Iraq.

Interesting......

I noticed on my site tracking that some folks from Alma Mater, Texas Tech University right smack dab in the middle O'the geographic center of the universe, had been paying a visit to my humble meflequine induced ravings. So I paid a visit to the referring site and discovered a few of my fellow Techsans were having a forum discussion about me. Well, just to assuage any curiosity:

BA History 91
Bledsoe Hall 3rd deck 87-89
NROTC

I have actually met two other fellow Techsans while deployed to this CJTF. All thing considered, it is pretty amazing to run into alumn in East Africa. Just goes to show: Texans own the world.

TO THE TYRANT NEVER YIELD

UPDATE.......

With Regard to DUB PARKS 88 post:
'Sneader had a roommate from Spur named Ed, but this guy sounds way too articulate to be that Ed'

That "Ed" is not an "Ed" he was a "Phil", we jus' call him Red. His middle name was Edward though. He remains a close friend of mine and, like me, is still in the Navy. He is a Secret Squirrel (i.e. Naval Intelligence). Red still ain't all that articulate, but don't let that "I'm just a hick from Spur Texas with 15 Gazillion Brothers and Sisters" fool you, it's all an act. There is a cruel sharp mind hidden within that country boy act.
