Rubber Necking

Much the way drivers can't resist slowing down to look at a wreck or the way people would pay good money to get a glimpse of syphilitic lunatics of Bedlam asylum....You gotta see this! This bubba is a couple cans short of a six pack. The result....HILARIOUS!
